We started Three Brothers Jiu Jitsu with a simple promise: meet every student where they are, and walk with them toward where they want to go. Whether that's losing weight, building confidence, instilling discipline, or learning to defend yourself — the mat has answers.

We're the only veteran-owned and operated, family-friendly Jiu Jitsu academy in Lake Charles. Every class is built around the values that brought us here: discipline, respect, and the belief that no one trains alone.
